Ideal Prefab; began their production with prefab home, Office buildings, social facilities, earthquake houses and light steel buildings. The main purpose of Ideal Prefab is growing constantly. And in time they succeed to expand their production network with steel construction buildings and container manufacturing and they became one of the leading company in their sector.

Our Firm;

Produces prefabricated houses, construction sites, social facilities, hospitals, schools, office and living containers, steel construction buildings. We have been successfully serving its customers in Turkey and abroad for more than 13 years.

Ideal Prefab, is contributing to the country economy and employment of its employees with over 300 employees in its 20.000 m² factory in Gebze, Kocaeli. In production facilities in Gebze, Kocaeli; Our machine park consists of 7 Rollfrom machines, 6 Apkant presses, 3 guillotine scissors, drill looms and multi-purpose machine tools.

Our company gives a big importance to Research and Development Works. And our machine park which consisted to following a recent technologies are produced products with zero mistake.

Galvanized sheets brought to our factory by taking rolls in Rollfrom machines can be produced in desired measures and size profile. Materials produced in desired length are stacked in pallets and ready for shipment.

All of our metal production equipments is an galvanized and has a anti rust speciality.

The static measurements is done according to weather conditons of place where the building is constructed. At the end of these measurements, the production is done with galvanized profile and with welding-free construction technology.

All equipments which used in container manufacturing is galvanized and it is produces with one pieces and knockdown.
